Recycling Program

I invite you to help me help the Band Boosters raise money and while we are at it, conserve valuable resources and even more valuable energy.

In a nutshell, my recycling business (Donation Station) recycles metal of all kinds and after cleaning and separating the metals; the scrap is turned into cash and donated to the Band Booster Club.

Be on the lookout at home, at work, at church and whenever you are with friends, relatives and neighbors for the following items:

·    Aluminum cans
·    Cell phones
·    Bikes and motorcycles
·    Lawn mowers and garden tractors
·    Appliances
·    Farm and agriculture equipment
·    Cars, truck, trailers, motor homes
·    Any item partially or completely made of metal, copper, or stainless steel

The pick up of the items is free.  I have 4 trucks and 5  trailers of various sizes at my disposal and a local recycler has offered to provide me with unlimited/free* use of containers for larger jobs or jobs that have a constant stream of metal to be recycled.

In case you are curious about the possibilities.  In 2007, I diverted (hauled) 65 ton of metal and in 2008 another 75 ton.  Major contributors are Crown Audio, Foegley Landscape, Martin's Supermarket, and Casteel Construction as well as PHM and nearly 200 individuals who have donated items large and small.

Please join me in saving our planet and raising funds to support the PHS Band Booster Club.

The easiest way to contact me is by e-mail.  Please include your phone number and address so that I can contact you to arrange a pick up.

*The local recycler does charge a transportation fee for drop off and pick up.
