Ticket Prices:

Adult tickets are $7.00. Tickets for students and pre-school aged children are $5.00.

Time Zone Change:

Chesterton is in the Central Time Zone. All times at Chesterton (Including the ISSMA Program) will reflect performance times in the Central Time Zone. All times on the bands schedule are in Eastern Time. Please note the difference and do not let it confuse you.

Entering the Stadium:

Never enter the stadium seating areas while any band is performing. It is best to get a seat before Class A begins (4:38pm or 5:38pm South Bend Time). Be a good sport and cheer for all bands.

After Our performance:

The band will meet for a brief meeting at the buses. At this point, we will assess the weather conditions to see if there is any potential for the contest to have to restart indoors. If weather is a concern, we will stay as a group. If weather is not a concern, we will prepare to leave Chesterton. Any students wishing to stay for the rest of the contest should follow these procedures:

  • A note given to Mr. Northern from student’s parents explaining who will bring the child home (this needs to be either parent or another band family)

  • A phone call to Mr. Northern (259-7961 ext. 2685) by a parent to verify the note

  • Student checks-out with the bus chaperone with designated family present

Return to Penn:

We will return to Penn at approximately 11:30pm. Once all equipment is unloaded and students are changed out of uniforms, they are dismissed.
