Hello Band Families!

Just a reminder that Scrip orders are due next Thursday, August 26.  REMEMBER - all profits from your purchase (and your family's and friend's purchases, too!!!) this month go into your child's band account .  Look for a different incentive next month!

2010 Marching Band Information and Registration

Marching Band Information and Registration is now available online for the 2010 season. There are two downloads listed, one has the calendar, rules and guidelines for the upcoming marching season, and the other has the registration form.   The registration form is due by March 12.

The Patron Program

Dear Parents and Friends of the Kingsmen Band Programs:
The Kingsmen Bands are hard at work in preparation for their upcoming concerts, competitions and
events. Now that things are underway, it’s time to begin our annual Patronage appeal.
The Patronage Program offered by the Penn BBC (Band Booster Club) is a wonderful way to
financially support the band programs and also receive priority seating for a specified number of
concerts throughout the 2009-2010 school year.

The Penn Marching Kingsmen would like to thank everyone for coming out on a beautiful Saturday evening and participating in the Carnival of Bands contest.  Here are the results:

Drive 4UR School Success!

A  HUGE THANK YOU goes out to all of you who came out to Penn yesterday and test drove a Ford. We had a mad push at 3:00, the kids made phone calls to friends and relatives and we were able to do 92 test drives in just an hour, bringing our total up to 307. Ford motors will now send the Band Boosters a check for $6000. Unbelievable.
